Shipping Policy

We process and ship most orders in 3-10 business days. If there is a delay in your your order we will let you know and give you the option to withdraw your order if you prefer. Items that are "pre-order" will have ship dates that may depend on the criteria for that specific item.

Shipments within North America will not incur import fees or taxes on delivery, but many countries outside North America will assess their own taxes (VAT) at time of import. We do not collect these taxes at time of purchase, so it will be your responsibility to pay when the package arrives. Don't forget to take this into account when buying, nobody likes surprise fees!
